Welcome to our booking platform (the “Platform” or “We”). The Platform allows guests
or tenants to perform online booking or reservations of properties and rooms (the
“Service”). This privacy policy (the “Policy”) outlines our privacy practices with respect to the
Service, including the ways your personal information and data are collected, stored.
Providing us with your personal information is a choice you make. I appreciate that
and thank you for making this choice. You are not legally obligated to provide us with
this information, but I do need it to allow you to use the Service.

Personal information collected

When inquiring about a property, you need to provide contact information such as your
first and last name, your physical address, phone number, and email address. When
making a direct booking you’ll need to enter in your credit card or debit card information
when booking a property. The information you share is then collected by a payment
processor. I assure you that the information collected will only be used for payment of
the rental that you’ve chosen to rent from Oasis Unveiled Rentals.
As a data controller of my client’s personal information, I am committed to protection
and respecting your privacy in compliance with EU-General Data Protection Regulation
(GDPR).

Payments

All bookings purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made
through various payment methods. I have available, such as Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, and Discover card.

Payment cards (Credit or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization
by your card issuer. If I do not receive the required authorization, I will not be liable for
any delays on booking your dates on the property.

Pricing Policy

Oasis Unveiled Rentals reserves the right to revise its pricing at any time prior to
accepting your booking.

The pricing quoted may be revised by Oasis Unveiled Rentals before your booking.
Prices may vary from day to day.

Right to Deletion

You have the right to request that I delete any personal information. I will delete any
personal information that is not critical to the normal business of operation from my
records. I consider data to be critical to my business and operation if they are used to. If
I provide goods or services for you.

I will not sell your personal information

Termination

I may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for
any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these terms and
conditions. Upon termination, your rights to use the services will cease immediately.

Limitations of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of Oasis Unveiled
Rentals and any of its suppliers under any provision of this terms and your exclusive
remedy for all the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through
the Service or 100 USD if you haven’t purchased anything through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Oasis Unveiled
Rentals or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential
damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of
data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy
arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, or
otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if Oasis Unveiled
Rentals or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if
the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Governing Law

If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve
the dispute informally by contacting Oasis Unveiled Rentals.

Changes to these terms and conditions

I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If
a revision is material, I will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice
prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be
determined at my sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you
agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole
or in part, please stop using the website and the services.
